What is Girl Friends Lego Sets Return Policy?

You may return most products purchased. Most items may be returned with 1 month of receiving the item. However we aren't the initial seller and you must contact and/or consult an original sellers terms for returns individually.

3rd party Seller Returns Policies

Some sellers supply a returns policy equivalent to our own, some seller returns policies could differ. Each seller's return guarantee is available on the seller's site. Handling and shipping charges for returning items shipped by a seller are borne by buyer.

Heavy/Bulky Items Delivered by Specialty Carriers

If you want to return a large or bulky item that was delivered with a specialty carrier (e.g., CEVA, ABF, Pilot), proceed to the Online Returns Center. The Returns Center will direct you throughout the returns process and may require you to contact our specialized support service team, which may schedule the pickup of the item.

Note: Please do not refuse the delivery of your item. To guarantee that your return and refund are processed correctly.

UPS Pickups

Whenever you request a UPS pickup, UPS sends a driver to your address with your shipping label within 1-5 business days. Ensure that you've described the defect, damage, or error highlight that within the returned package. If the original packaging is available, return the item in that packaging. To help avoid issues with the pickup, remove any used shipping labels which might be still on the box.

Cancel Pickup Request

After a UPS pickup is requested, it's not possible to cancel that request until following the first pickup attempt has been made. UPS will always make up to three pickup attempts. Following the first pickup attempt, you may call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) to cancel future pickup attempts. Be sure to have your tracking number handy.
