Why your order did not get free shipping.
Each items ordered plus the shipping address needs to be eligible for FREE Shipping. FREE Shipping page has further information about what items and addresses are eligible.
Free Shipping
To take advantage of FREE Shipping:
- Place at the very least $25 of eligible merchandise within your Shopping Cart.
- Go to checkout.
- Ship your items to one particular U.S. address.
- Select "Group my items into as few shipments as possible" when your shipping preference.
- Select FREE Shipping for your shipping speed. The transaction will be delivered within 5-8 business days after all of the merchandise is available to ship (including pre-order items).
- Place your order, and enjoy the free delivery!
International Shipping
We gladly accepts orders from around the world. Available products, shipping rates and charges could differ dependant upon the delivery address for your order.

On shipping to U.S. protectorates or APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
Your packages may be controlled by the customs fees and import duties of the country that you have your order shipped. These charges will always be the recipient's responsibility. Shipping to APO, FPO, or DPO
Standard Shipping Deliveries normally takes longer--up to A three week period for APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
